All packages are dispatched via a private courier service.

The flat-rate delivery fees are as follows:

All packages can be tracked. An email together with a tracking number will be sent after each package has been shipped. 

Instocks will always be dispatched first. Orders containing backorder items will only be dispatched when all the backorder items have arrived.

Enjoy complimentary standard courier delivery (to a single mailing address) on your order with every purchase of SGD90 of instocks or backorder items.

Promotion is only valid for Singapore orders with full-priced items.

International 

LilyPirates ships worldwide via Ninja Van, Singapore Post (Singpost) and DHL Express.

Delivery fees are levied based on the total weight of your purchases. The total delivery fees will be calculated automatically upon checkout. Please note that the tabulation of postage rates differs for DHL Express due to a quicker transit time. 

Any additional charges on custom fees or taxes (if applicable) at destination post are to be fully borne by customers.

LilyPirates will not be responsible for any lost airmail. For ease of mind, LilyPirates only allows customers to opt for registered airmail, which can be tracked to the delivery of your country's customs. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Do note that all international orders will be consolidated and shipped out once a week.

All parcels typically require up to 8 to 15 working days from the dispatch date to reach the destination, excluding any delays due to custom held up. 

Please note that there may be delays or suspension in international postal services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A delay of up to 10 working days in addition to usual transit time are expected during this period. Do note that items purchased from our site are shipped by a third party vendor (Ninja Van, SingPost and DHL Express) pursuant to a shipment contract. 

As a result, risk of loss and title for these items pass to you upon our delivery to the delivery vendors.
